Wintermute Engine Development Kit is a collection of tools and utilities specifically oriented towards design, creation and running of a certain type of videogame genre: point&click graphic adventures.

Wintermute Engine Development Kit has support for both traditional 2D adventures and those called 2.5D (3D people but 2D scenery and backgrounds). This adventure creation kit includes the Wintermute Engine run interpreter, and diverse visual editors to manage and create the game content.
