PrintCtl 2.1 is a simple print manager to take administrative control of the various print tasks you have. From its setting it lets you pause, restart, delete, see print status, establish a predetermined printer, etc.

Although the authors advise you to only use it with Windows NT, 2000 or XP, it also works with 95, 98 and ME, although it is much slower, and could hang.
