File Packer is a 32-bit application for Windows that you can use to temporarily delete run motors used in some programming languages. It includes an interface with a design similar to an assistant, that lets you create a runnable for your software for you to easily distribute.

File Packer achieves this by placing the run motors and other project files within an autorun runnable file. File Packer can also compress the project files via a Zlib compression library. You can even protect your runnable via a password, and delete all the extracted project files after the runnable closes.
