Chateau Bonaguil is an old fort situated in the French region of Lot-et-Garonne. It has been designated as a historic monument since 1862. It was built in the XIII century, and rebuilt at the end of the XV and start of the XVI centuries by Berenger de Roquefeui. Its spectacular fortifications and defensive walls became obsolete as it was never attacked.
