AstroByte (whose full name is AstroByte Logging System) is a very manageable database whose aim is to keep your astronomical observations and data together and centralized in one packet. The program contains more than 10000 preselected objects, together with a formula that already comes prepared to insert new objects.

AstroByte takes control of objects you have observed, and also those bodies yet to be seen or those you canīt get data on. All this is so you can fill in an astral catalogue in as much detail as possible. In addition to all types of numerical and text data, you can also insert images of stars you observe into the database.

AstroByte has up to six different entry formulas for its database, divided into two parts:

1. Complete Messier catalogue.
2 SAC 7.2 Deep Sky database, which includes the complete NGC, Messier, Caldwell and Herschel 400 catalogues, and other data.

In summary, AstroByte joins all the necessary elements to keep all your astronomical observation sessions well documented. And itīs totally free!
