AimOne Screen Recorder is an interesting tool to make virtual tutorials on how a program works. It lets you record on video everything that happens on-screen. This way the user can specify if they want to record the whole screen, a window or just a defined area.

The resulting video is saved in AVI or WMA format. In the configurations options of AimOne Screen Recorder you can select the compression type of that video. Also, AimOne Screen Recorder lets you record the audio via a microphone, so you can narrate what is happening on-screen.
